4th Grade Dance Night!

We had a fun night of dancing!  Moms and sons and then dads and daughters enjoyed 5 traditional dances together: the Heel-toe Polka, the Virginia Reel, the Achey Breaky Heart line dance, Zamiratik, and Oh, Johnny, Oh!  The dads and daughters ended a few minutes early, so we also taught them the Macarena.  It was a memorable night for all.

"Acid River" 4th Grade Team Building Activity

The kids were in groups of 7, and then had to figure out how to get their whole team across the river.  The river was acid, so if they touched it they had to start over.  The students had to work together to figure out how to get across.
